SAFE 7/11/16 A volunteer writes: I had the pleasure of tidying up Saya’s cage today. This amazing beautiful girl will put a smile on your face. This gray beauty has shiny yellow eyes that are gleaming at you looking for you to spend some time with her. Meowing for your attention, which you can’t help giving her. It was a thrill to pet her soft fur, seeing her relish in your chin rubs rolling on her side, waving her tiger shaped tail, which comes to a fluffy end, so gently. You can’t help falling in love with her.

Another volunteer writes: Apparently, big and fluffy Saya doesn’t like being picked up and cuddled, which is why her behavior evaluation calls for an adopter who is experienced with cat behavior. But otherwise, if you just want to coo, whisper and stroke this beauty’s fluffy coat, you can go right ahead. According to the notes left by shelter cat volunteers, Saya is the darling of room 6! She sits right in the front of her kennel and doesn’t let you pass by without giving her a treat or throwing her a kiss.
