Initial Exam (6/22/16)
S/O: brought in from another ACC, possible HBC
vocalizing, open mouth breathing
initial brief exam-
buprenorphine 0.2ml IM
pink gums
painful in caudal T-L region, unable detect obvious fx in any limb, head, jaw
will take survey rads to localize lesion
once taken will perform rest of exam
2v radiographs
