San Diego A1107035 – 6 month old female black kitten, stray:
MEDICAL:
03/26/17
Kitten noted to be very congested on rounds. Diagnosed with URI yesterday.
S/O: BARH. Eating/drinking well.
EENT: Severe nasal congestion with thick mucopurulent nasal discharge. No ocular discharge.
H/L: Lungs clear, no dyspnea. No murmurs/arrhythmias.
MS: Amb x 4, no lameness. Thin body condition, BCS=3/9.
INTEG: Normal skin turgor.
A: URI with severe congestion. Eating well and appears euhydrated.
P: Add nebulization BID x 3 days.
Excellent prognosis.

EENT: Eyes clear, ears- dry blood, otitis externa, mucous white discharge. nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: Normal.
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: No discharge
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: NAF
