Scanned negative History : 2 stray kittens – were being fed by someone until she brought them here Subjective: Purring, allows all handling Objective BAR-H, MMs pink and moist, BCS 5/9 EENT: Mild crusty and mucoid nasal discharge. Eyes clear, ears clean. Oral Exam: Adult incisors erupting. Deciduous canine teeth. PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male intact kitten MSI: Flea dirt. Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Normal externally Assessment: Conjunctivitis Plan: Erythromycin OU BID x10 days Prognosis: Good SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to CONJUNCTIVITIS 1088
