Standing in back of kennel, forward and eyes alert. Body is slightly tense and tail is low. Tolerates petting along head and body after I’ve opened the kennel door while retreating to the back of her kennel and tilting her ears. Retreats through portal with continued interaction. Needs time to adjust.
05/31/18

Sitting upright in front of kennel, ears forward. She remains calm as the kennel door opens and allows petting along head and body while leaning in and raising her tail. She stands up and her tail waves back and forth with continued petting. She nips my arm very gently (not enough pressure to break glove or pause pain) but continues to allow all petting for the remainder of the session. Did well today! Shows signs of overstimulation.
