SAFE 3/31/18 WATCH HIS VIDEO – A volunteer writes: Romeo was snoozing in the back of his cubbie when I knocked on the window to see if he was in the mood for a visitor. He certainly was, since he immediately stood up, stretched out and came over to greet me, letting me pet his luscious cream and gray coat. He was lucky enough to be by a window, so that he could see outside to the street when he poked his head out of his kennel. That’s where he assumed his position as a watch cat. With rapt attention, his eyes were glued to every movement and every shadow. He didn’t try to get out of his kennel, he just needed to record every minute detail. He wasn’t bothered when I gently tucked his head back inside, good-natured boy that he is. No need to call ahead, Romeo’s happy to receive any and all visitors any time.
7 year old ROMEO was brought to the shelter. He has some dental issues, is overweight and has a “kink” in his tail possibly from an old fracture. ROMEO would love a new home asap.
