***SAFE 10/30/16*** CAME IN WITH MR. GORDON A1094793

My name is ROBIN. My Animal ID # is A1094792.
I am a male brn tabby domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 8 WEEKS old.

I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 10/26/2016 from NY 10469, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY. I came in with Group/Litter #K16-079366.

MOST RECENT MEDICAL INFORMATION AND WEIGHT
10/29/2016 Exam Type CAGE EXAM – Medical Rating is 4 NC – SEVERE CONDITIONS NOT CONTAGIOUS, Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 1.9 LBS.

10/29/16 08:29 Day 2 post panleuk exposure both kittens are eating, energetic, no v/d continue to monitor px: good at this time 10/28/16 10:21 approx 2 mo old M DSH S: one of 2 kittens in litter, both active, eating well on their own, were in medical at same time as Panleuk positive kittens (received 1st FVRCP 1 day prior to exposure) O: AU: WNL OU: WNL Oral: deciduous dentition Int: WNL Lnn: WNL CV: NMA, s&s pulses, pink moist mm Resp: lungs clear x4 Abd: SNP MS: 4x ambulatory, BCS 5/9 Neuro: PLRs, menace & mentation WNL, CPs WNL, no ataxia A: apparently healthy underage P: erythromycin initiated at intake, can discontinue monitor for signs of panleukopenia for 14days px: excellent if panleuk negative

10/26/16 12:51 10/26/16 12:46 BASIC INFO Robin A1094792 and Mr. Gordon A1094793 are domestic shorthair kittens. They are being surrendered to the shelter because they were found as strays in finders back yard. Finder cannot keep. BEHAVIOR DURING INTAKE Robin and Mr. Gordon allowed all handling, collaring and photos.
