A1112998 – RITA
SPAYED FEMALE, GRAY TABBY, DOMESTIC SH MIX,1 yr, 2 mos
STRAY – STRAY WAIT, NO HOLD Reason STRAY
Intake condition NURSING Intake Date 05/24/2017, From NY 11432, DueOut Date 05/27/2017, I came in with Group/Litter #K17-098286.
Medical Behavior Evaluation GREEN
Medical Summary 05/24/17 DVM Intake Exam Estimated age: 1 yr. Microchip noted on Intake? No. History : Found with two kittens, no medical concerns noted. Subjective: Observed Behavior – At front of carrier meowing, rubbing. Comes right out and is very social, curious about surroundings. Allowed all handling, a bit wiggly and hissed when blood drawn. Evidence of Cruelty seen – No. Evidence of Trauma seen – No. Objective: BARH. mm=lt pink, moist, CRT<2 s. HR=200, RR=24. BCS=5/9. ORAL: All adult teeth erupted, excellent dental condition, no oral lesions. EENT: No ocular discharge. No nasal discharge or sneezing PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias, no dyspnea. ABD: Non painful, no masses/organomegaly palpated. U/G: Female, not spayed. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, no lameness. Full, clean haircoat. No fleas or skin lesions. Mammary glands mod. enlarged, lactating. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. A: Approx. 1 yr old cat, currently lactating P: Excellent prognosis. Rec. placement. Temporary waiver from OVH surgery due to nursing kittens. Rec. OVH in approx 6 weeks.

A1112999 – CHASE
MALE, GRAY TABBY, DOMESTIC SH MIX,6 weeks
STRAY – STRAY WAIT, NO HOLD Reason STRAY
Intake condition UNSPECIFIE Intake Date 05/24/2017, From NY 11432, DueOut Date 05/27/2017, I came in with Group/Litter #K17-098286.
Medical Behavior Evaluation BLUE
Medical Summary 05/24/17 DVM Intake Exam Estimated age: 6 weeks. Microchip noted on Intake? No. History : Stray kitten found with queen and one littermate. Subjective: Observed Behavior – Shy and hides behind littermate to avoid being picked up. Able to remove from carrier without difficulty and allows all handling, but is tense. Evidence of Cruelty seen – No. Evidence of Trauma seen – No. Objective: BARH. mm=lt pink, moist, CRT<2 s. HR>240, RR=24. BCS=5/9. ORAL: All deciduous teeth erupted, no oral lesions. EENT: No ocular discharge. No nasal discharge or sneezing PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias, no dyspnea. ABD: Non painful, no masses/organomegaly palpated. U/G: Male, intact. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, no lameness. Full, clean haircoat. No fleas or skin lesions. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. A: Approx. 6 week old kitten, apparently healthy. P: Offered food – excellent appetite. Excellent prognosis. Rec. placement. Temporary waiver from neuter surgery due to young age.

A1113000 – TUCKER
MALE, BLACK, DOMESTIC SH MIX,6 weeks
STRAY – STRAY WAIT, NO HOLD Reason STRAY
Intake condition UNSPECIFIE Intake Date 05/24/2017, From NY 11432, DueOut Date 05/27/2017, I came in with Group/Litter #K17-098286.
Medical Behavior Evaluation BLUE

Subjective: Observed Behavior – Shy but comes forward when talked to. Allows all handling. Evidence of Cruelty seen – No. Evidence of Trauma seen – No. Objective: BARH. mm=lt pink, moist, CRT<2 s. HR>240, RR=24. BCS=5/9. ORAL: All deciduous teeth erupted, no oral lesions. EENT: OS – mucopurulent discharge, mild chemosis. No nasal discharge or sneezing PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias, no dyspnea. ABD: Non painful, no masses/organomegaly palpated. U/G: Male, intact. MSI: Ambulatory x 4, no lameness. Full, clean haircoat. No fleas or skin lesions. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities. A: Approx. 6 week old kitten with mild conjunctivitis. P: Applied erythromycin ointment. Continue BID x 10 days. Offered food – excellent appetite. Excellent prognosis. Rec. placement. Temporary waiver from neuter surgery due to young age.

**** PLEASE NOTE **** KITTENS under the age of 8 weeks or weighing 2 pounds or less CAN ONLY be PULLED by a RESCUE!!!! IF INTERESTED, PLEASE contact a RESCUE ASAP!!!
