ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Spay scar present
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: externally normal
Assessment:
1) emaciated
2) poor coat quality
3) mild otitis externa
4) Fractured upper canine – no pulp cavity exposure, non painful
Prognosis: Good
Plan – Monitor health, eating habits in shelter
