unblocked with some difficulty–had to pass hard tom cat catheter-penis tip seems irritated post procedure

flushed bladder with LRS 2X
0.5ml dexmethasone (1mg) sq

approx 2 years old

P: prognosis is fair
will need special diet long term
100 lrs sq bid x 5 days
consider ABs once cath pulled in 1 -2 days
