Medical Summary DVM Intake Exam Findings History Subjective obtunded behavior. feral type panic bahvaior when touched, no aggression. flops around when attempting to walk, seems to be issue with back legs. abscess on head, clipped and cleaned, open wounds on tail too. sedated with 0.1cc telazol. no palpable fractures Evidence of Cruelty seen – n Evidence of Trauma seen – y Objective bcs 5/9 EENT: ear mites , gave 0.15ivermectin sq Oral Exam: 4 x broken canines PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact male MSI: skin free of parasites, no masses noted, dirty coat Rectal: wnl–no pelvic fx felt Assessment rule out pelvic or femoral fracture if no fx diagnosis is opne Plan: gave convenia 0.5ml sq addendum: radiographs: proximal transverse humeral fracture pelvis skull jaw hind limbs all wnl add simbadol 0.6ml sid x 5 days. first dose given by1313 prognosis with surgery or amputation is good.” Obtunded” behavior may be pain/fear
