Oral Exam: no oral ulcers, kitten dentition erupting
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: 1 MI, 1 FI
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, diarrhea around perineum
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Erythromycin ou bid x10d
Doxycycline 10mg/kg PO SID x10d
Bottle feed if not eating on own
Pyrantel 50mg/kg PO once
