**SAFE 08/10/16** Oh little Rain Drop, how cute you are! This baby is just a few months old and already is fighting for her life. Rain Drop was trapped and brought to ACC which is no place for a kitten that needs socialization. Let’s work to get this baby out of ACC and into a foster home where she can be socialized and loved!

08/02/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Rain Drop does not come to front but remains neutral When spoken quietly: Rain Drop does not come to front but remains neutral Reaction to door cage opening: Rain Drop starts to stress meow Reaction to touch: Rain Drop hisses, strikes and does not allows petting at all Try picking cat up: Did not attempt Behavior Determination: NewHope Rain Drop was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. She seems to not be thriving in this environment and at the time of the assessment Rain Drop was displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room and may require further investigation before placement in a home. She is extremely fearful and currently does not tolerate petting or handling. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
