Medical Summary sedated with 0.1ml telazol IM at 3:40PM for exam due to behavior due to still being alert, 0.1ml dexdormitor 0.5mg/ml was given IM afterwards microchip scan negative intact male approximately 5 yrs old BARH eyes are clear mild waxy debris in ears – gave ear cleaning no nasal discharge chipped canine #204, missing some incisors; gingivitis BCS: 3/5, ideal blood seen on nails, possibly injured from trap – soaked paws with chlorhexidine solution has minor healing scratches on hind end of body
