Medical Summary Hx: kitten taken along with multiple other cats from one apartment S/O approx 11-12 weeks BARH hissed in carrier but allowed handling and liked pets mm pk, moist; CRT <2 sec; deciduous dentitia crusting around nares but no active discharge or sneezing noted eyes clear AU-dark discharge, pruritic, inflamed small patch of alopecia with superficial excoriations near L ear base heart/lungs WNL soft, nonpainful abdomen male intact mild dandruff over dorsum A ear mites alopecia/wound-poss self induced due to pruritus from ear mites P tresaderm AU SID x 10 days monitor small wound at ear base for complete resolution prognosis: excellent okay for surgery
