***SAFE 03/31/16*** PURRFECT PUDDLES DIDN’T MOVE WITH HER OWNER……PUDDLES’ owner apparently couldn’t be bothered to find pet friendly housing, so poor PUDDLES ended up at the ACC. PUDDLES is the whole package!! She is 8 years young, already SPAYED and lived happily with a little Maltese dog that passed away. PUDDLES also lived with a one year old and was great!! But now she has an EXPNOCHILD rating because she doesn’t understand why the world she knew is gone…..PLEASE PUT LOVELY PUDDLES IN A NEW HOME TONIGHT!! She will blossom with Time and Tenderness…..If you need assistance, email [email protected]

03/25/2016 PET PROFILE MEMO
03/25/16 12:04 Basic Info: Puddles A1068473 is an 8yr old female DSH feline who was found as a kitten 8 years ago and is being surrendered due to the owner moving to where pets aren’t allowed. Puddles hasn’t been seen by a veterinarian recently and currently has no known health issues. Socialization: Around strangers Puddles is shy. She’s lived with a 1yr old and was gentle, exuberant, and relaxed/affectionate with the baby and also with adults. There was a Maltese in the home that passed away but she was very playful with the Maltese. Puddles hasn’t been around other cats nor has she bitten/scratched any person or animal. Behavior: During car rides Puddles will meow/cry. She isn’t bothered by the following: being picked up/held or with being placed into a carrier. Puddles hasn’t had her nails trimmed. She likes baths and being brushed. She does not like belly rubs and will swat but she will tolerate petting on her body and head. She does not mind being disturbed while sleeping/resting. For a New Family to Know: Puddles is described as friendly, affectionate, playful, mellow, confident, assertive, very vocal with a medium activity level. The owner likes how affectionate she is. When the owner is home Puddles follows them around. She enjoys ball toys and bottle caps and is an indoor only cat that sleeps with the child and anywhere in the home. Puddles eats dry & wet Meow Mix 1 full bowl a day. She is uncovered litter box trained with crystal litter within. Puddles used a scratching post made of rope material. Intake Behavior: Puddles was taken out of the box that she was brought in. She allowed to be scanned(-) and collared. She is shy so I had to approach her slowly and with a soft voice. She was placed onto the backdrop and photographed. She didn’t seem to mind being picked up/held & was placed into a kennel with ease.
