Subjective: Intact female kitten with URI, conjuctivitis.
Observed Behavior – Anxious, confuse.
Evidence of Cruelty seen – None
Evidence of Trauma seen – None

EENT: Eyes conjuctivitis, purulent discharge, purulent nasal discharge noted, brown ear discharge
Oral Exam: NAF
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: intact female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Pyrantel and Ponazurol given
10 ml sq fluids
0.01 ml ivermectin sq sq
erythormycin eye ointment BID OU for 10 days
0.1 ml doxycycline SID PO for 10 days.
10 ml LRS SID PO for 3 days
Frontline
Isolation is indicated
Placement is an option.
FIV/FELV- negative for both
Prognosis: fair
Temporary waiver due to underweight, underage and URI
