06/03/16 13:23 Basic Info: Pryncess A1076123 is a 2yr old female black DSH feline who was found as a stray in front of the owner’s residence 3months ago and is being surrendered due to landlord conflict. Pryncess hasn’t been seen by a veterinarian and currently has no known health issues. Socialization: Around strangers Pryncess is friendly/outgoing. She’s lived with late teenagers and was gentle, exuberant, relaxed/affectionate with them also with adult. Pryncess hasn’t been around other animals nor has she bitten/scratched any person or animal. Behavior: During car rides Pryncess will meow/cry. She isn’t bothered by the following: being picked up/held or with being placed into a carrier. Pryncess hasn’t had her nails trimmed, been brushed, been given a bath or been disturbed while sleeping/resting. For a New Family to Know: Pryncess is described as friendly, affectionate, playful, mellow, confident, assertive, fearful (of loud noises) & quiet with a medium activity level. When the owner is home Pryncess follows them around sometimes. She enjoys ball toys and is an indoor only cat who sleeps where ever. Pryncess eats dry & wet Meow Mix 1-2x a day. She is uncovered litter box trained with clumping litter within. Pryncess has a rough rope scratching post that she doesn’t use but scratches on curtains, the fabric couch and has torn a hole in the couch to hide in. Intake Behavior: Pryncess had a soft body & soft eyes. She allowed all handling. Pryncess allowed to be scanned (-), collared & taken pictures of including positioning her during her photo session. She didn’t seem to mind being picked up/held & was placed into a kennel with ease.

As per previous owner, Pryncess is friendly and outgoing around strangers. She’s lived with late teenagers and adults, and was gentle, exuberant, relaxed, and affectionate with them. Pryncess hasn’t been around other animals nor has she bitten or scratched any person or animal. Reaction to assessor: Pryncess comes to the front of the cage – soliciting attention and rubbing against the cage front. Reaction when softly spoken to: Pryncess stays at the front – continues to solicit attention and rubbing against the cage front. Reaction to cage door opening: Pryncess remains soft and relaxed. Reaction to touch: Pryncess solicits petting and attention – rubbing against the assessor’s hands and purring. Reaction to being picked up: Pryncess jumps calmly back into the cage. Behavior Determination: Beginner Pryncess interacts with the Assessor, solicits attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. This cat can go to a beginner home.
