O: BAR-H, BCS 6/9, MMs pink and moist, CRT <2 sec EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Mild tartar, moderate gingivitis. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No skin lesions noted. UG: Male neutered. A: Mild dental disease, otherwise healthy male neutered cat Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: Gave 1.1 ml pyrantel and Activyl 9+ lb during exam 1088
