H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female. Bladder soft. Kidneys NSF. Green linear tattoo left abdomen. Small nipples. No vulvar d/c.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, full hair coat but some dandruff and clumped hair. Obese.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Plan: Obese – risk for hepatic lipidosis. Check app x 2 days. Re-check weight and eating – 5 days.
