***SAFE 04/09/16*** BEGINNER-RATED SENIOR with HYPERTHYROIDISM NEEDS YOU TONIGHT! “A volunteer writes: Poochie is a handsome ginger gentleman with a sweet personality. He seems very calm and at ease with himself. An old soul, as they say. His previous owner states that he is playful and affectionate and good with kids. Poochie is already neutered, so he can go home with you today. Come meet this mild mannered cuddler and never be lonely again. A staff member writes: A volunteer was so taken by Poochie that she gushed to me, “You have to meet him!” And when I did, I became another number in the line of humans who have fallen for Poochie. He was more interested in us than in his food, nuzzling his head into my hand for petting. Then he gently sniffed my nose and cheek. I picked him up, and he comfortably nestled in my arms. That’s when I heard him purring away, and kneading away, completely blissful about being held and petted. It was a perfect way to start my day. So the most difficult thing I did then was to put him back in his kennel. Whoever adopts him won’t experience the agony of parting from him, as he will be theirs for all time. Another volunteer writes: Rockstar alert! Our Poochie loves people, wants to say hello to one and all who pass by his kennel. I didn’t pass him by, and what a great cat we have here. His previous owner stated that he has been around children and is very gentle with them. He is playful, affectionate, and independent. He apparently has no idea he is theoretically a senior, he just knows how to make the most of his time. No moping around for Poochie, thank you very much, he is too busy giving head butts and purring for that nonsense. Are you ready to enjoy Poochie in your life? Come meet him today, please don’t pass this great guy by.” This guy has so much to offer, it would be a shame for his life to be brutally taken by the ACC tomorrow, find a foster or adopter for POOCHIE, tonight!
