Medical Behavior Evaluation BLUE
Medical Summary 04/06/17 History – Stray kitten, no medical concerns noted. F, approx. 4 weeks, microchip scan neg. Subjective Observed Behavior – A little fearful but calm, allows all handling. Evidence of Cruelty seen – No. Evidence of Trauma seen – No. Objective: BARH. mm=pink, moist, CRT<2 s. Active, ate all food overnight. P > 240 R = 24 BCS = 3/9 ORAL: All deciduous teeth erupted. No oral lesions. EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted. PLN: No enlargements noted. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias. ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated. U/G: Female. MS: Amb x 4, no lameness. Thin body condition. INTEG: Full, clean haircoat. No skin lesions. NEURO: WNL. A: Approx 4 week old kitten, underweight but eating well. P: Monitor while at BACC. Rec. placement with foster until old enough/large enough for adoption. Excellent prognosis.
