Oral Exam: mild dental calculus and gingivitis.
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: 3/6 parasternal murmur ausculted, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: intact male. testicles are smooth, symmetrical.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, no fleas observed; no masses noted, healthy hair coat. periaural dermatitis, scabbing.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally, no digital exam performed.
