INTEG: WNL
MS: Ambulatory x 4, no apparent lameness
UG: Intact male, after palpating bladder urinated moderate amount of blood tinged urine
A: Apparently healthy, mild hematuria likely due to stress
P: No treatment indicated at this time. Continue to monitor while at BACC. Excellent prognosis
