Very difficult to get out of carrier, tense; once out of carrier, tense, allows all handling, no attempts to flee, no attempts to scratch/bite Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ear mites, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Minimal dental staining, no gingivitis PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, flea dirt, no masses noted, mild generalized dermatitis, superficial wounds at ears CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Ear mites, fleas, mild FAD Plan: Revolution given for ear mites and fleas. Continue to monitor while at BACC Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery
