Sedated exam P = 240 bpm R = panting before sedation BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: clean adult dentition PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, small possible feti palpated in abdomen U/G: FI, likely pregnant, no vulvar d/c, no milk production MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment Very nervous Pregnant Otherwise healthy Plan: Needs behavioral eval Sedated with telazol 0.1ml Prognosis: excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery when stray hold is up
