As per previous owner, Pearl has lived with 4 adults and 2 children. She has lived with a lot of cats and got along with all of them. She loves to play and likes using her scratching post.
Reaction to assessor: Pearl makes eye contact but doesn’t come to the front.
Reaction when softly spoken to: Pearl lip licks and is wary of her surroundings.
Reaction to cage door opening: Pearl remains neutral.
Reaction to touch: Pearl stays curled up at the back and allows petting all over. She slowly tilts her head allowing rubs and seems to appreciate attention.
Reaction to being picked up: Pearl is a bit tense when held but allows all handling.
Behavior Determination: Experience
Pearl may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to her new home. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
