Subjective: BAR. Nervous, scared, tense. Restrained with towel and was well behaved during PE and med handling. Allowed me to clean OD easily

EENT: OD marked conjunctivitis and mild chemosis, raised TEL, mucoid dc, and blepharospasm. OS clear. Earmites noted on LVT intake, ears were cleaned. No nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: no ulcers/lesions
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: soft and Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI, no spay scar seen
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally
Assessment
ear mites
OD conjunctivitis/chemosis – r/o URI (viral vs bacterial)
Prognosis: good
Plan:
ivermectin given during LVT intake
move to ISO
start erythromycin OD BID x 7 days
vet check day 5 – responding to treatment? Any other URI signs?
