KNOWN HISTORY: Lived Indoors ENRICHMENT NOTES: 4/3/17 – At back of cage, eyes dilated, tense. Hissed when door opened. Sniffed offered treats, but didn’t eat. Hissed and moved away when pet. EVALUATION: Cage Condition: Cage is slightly re-arranged Reaction to assessor: Patti looks tense, crouched position in litter box when approached by the assessor. Reaction to cage door opening: Patti seems unsure with her surroundings, remains immobile in place. Reaction to touch: Patti shows no interest to the stroke and stiffens up during the touch. ACTIVITY LEVEL: Motionless VOCAL: Quiet CHARACTER TYPE: Shy and Timid RECOMMENDATIONS: – Experienced cat parent Patti tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter. We recommend that this cat go to a home with experienced cat parents.
