05/31/17 20:37 Basic Info: Patches A1113558 is a spayed female calico DSH who was given to the owner as a gift at 8wks old and is being surrendered due to her being destructive and playing too roughly with an elderly family member. She was last seen by a vet 2yrs ago currently has no known health issues/injuries. Socialization: Patches is shy for a few minutes with strangers. She hasn’t been around children or other animals but was playful (a little rough; she’ll swat sometimes with nails and sometimes bites sometimes with light pressure), relaxed/affectionate (sometimes) with the adults & teen in the home. Patches hasn’t bitten/scratched any person or animal. Behavior: During car rides Patches will meow. She isn’t bothered by the following: being brushed at times. She struggles to not be placed into a carrier. Patches hasn’t been disturbed while sleeping/resting, been bathed or had her nails trimmed. For a New Family to Know: Patches is described as friendly, affectionate (at times), playful & independent with medium activity level. When the owner is home Patches follows them around sometimes. She’s an indoor cat that sleeps around the home, eats dry Friskies cat food 2-3x a day, uses an uncovered litter box with clumping litter within and scratches on furniture; she doesn’t have a scratching post. Intake Behavior: Patches had a soft body, eyes and allowed all handling. She allowed to be scanned (-), collared & have her pictures taken. Patches didn’t seem to mind being picked up/held and was placed into a kennel with ease.
