History : Stray/ o surrender. Finder brought in 3 kittens (10164, 10165, 10166) that she has been taking care of for past month – as part of the TNR program – unable to keep the kittens.
Previously seen by reg DVM. (Hx of RR paw toenail injury and infxn. Treated with clindamycin and chlorhex soaks. Dewormed, 1st FVRCP, and retro test done 10/11/17. Toe healed well by then.
Subjective: BARH
Observed Behavior – Allows handling.
Evidence of Cruelty seen -none

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: Full adult teeth – very clean.
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: male – 2 scrotal testicles
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat. RR paw previous injury – no abnormalities seen, healed well.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: not done
Assessment:
