Pt sedated for skull rads.
There is a bone-opacity, roughly spherical, mass attached to the right TMJ. The mass is smooth on the outside, slightly irregular in shape and there are multiple densities inside it.
Suspect cancer – likely osteosarcoma.
Pt does not appear uncomfortable on palpation of the mass.
Recommend evaluation by oncologist; radiation therapy will likely be needed.
