Medical Summary BAR scan negative female kitten good appetite dirty coat and fleas dirt, applied activyl wound on face, all paws, and tail paws very swollen, rt hind paws some toes are missing hissing, swating, striking spoke to Dr Repac and explained Dr rec followings- 0.2cc clavomox po bid x 10 days 0.1cc ppg sq once 0.01cc bupren sq bid x 3 days 10cc lrs sq once clean wounds with novalson tx done accordingly NOSF
