*** SAFE 02/25/16 *** A volunteer writes: The name Osborne means “divine bear” and this Osborne is a divine teddy bear. He has a cute, tan nose in the middle of his white mask. He enjoys attention from people and appreciates being petted and spoken to. Osborne (or “Ozzy” for short), is a young male, about one year old. He’s just an all-around nice guy in search of a nice home. There is an old Italian saying, “Happy is the home with at least one cat”, so I highly recommend you take Osborne to your home. You deserve happiness! Another volunteer writes: Osborne is a dreamboat. A gray tabby with white face, neck and paws, he looks like he would be driving a Chevy Impala convertible, with the top down and the wind blowing through his hair. “Hey, baby, do you want a ride?” I’d hop in, because Osborne is the kind of cool cat that you’d love to be seen with. But all kidding aside, he’s a sweet and loving cat that you’d love to curl up on the sofa with on a cold winter night, watching Animal Planet while you pet him and he purrs. He is a purr-fectly wonderful cat……APPLY TO FOSTER OR ADOPT THIS YOUNG MAN NOW!! If you need assistance, email [email protected]

Reaction when softly spoken to: Osborne leans his head on the cage door and reaches out with his paw. Reaction to cage door opening: Osborne becomes alert and retreats to the back. Reaction to touch: Osborne was a bit hesitant, but he leans into petting and rubs his cheeks against the assessor. He slowly comes to the front to solicit more attention and is very affectionate. He head-butts, begins to purr, and starts to knead. Reaction to being picked up: Osborne remains calm and purrs when held. Placement Determination: Average Osborne interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting.
