Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – n/a Objective EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Negative oral exam, minimal dental disease PLN: No enlargements noted, no thyroid slip H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, firm abdomen could be consistent with uterine involution/postpartum U/G: No discharge, mildly prominent mammary chain- lactating, no heat or pain on palpation of mammary chain MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: normal externally Assessment 2yr FI DSH 3 weeks post partum Lactating Temporary waiver for surgery (3-4 weeks or until kitten is weaned) Plan: Foster with kitten Treatment: advantage II for small cats applied pyrantel 0.35ml PO microchip inserted FVRCP and Rabies administered felv/fiv combo: negative
