Subjective: Alert, growling in kennel Observed Behavior – Hissing, yowling, growling, swatting, attacking. Placed in Freeman net for exam and pt was attacking and swatting even in the net. Objective BAR-H, BCS 6/9 EENT: Eyes clear, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Could not see teeth PLN: Unable to palpate H/L: Unable to auscult. Eupnic. ABD: Tense, difficult to palpate, no masses palpated U/G: Reported female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Unable to visualize Assessment: Apparently healthy cat – minimal exam due to behavior Plan: Spay – better exam at time of spay Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery 1088
