Medical rating 4 NC – SEVERE CONDITIONS NOT CONTAGIOUS,
10/24/16 Monitor soft stool O: BARH. mm=lt pink, moist, CRT<2 s. Formed feces in litterbox, small amount of soft feces. Large amount of urine in litterbox. No vomiting. Eating/drinking well. ABD: Palpation WNL, mild pot-belly. A: Feces improving. Apparently healthy. P: Excellent prognosis. Continue to monitor while at BACC. 10/23/16 Check mucoid stool noted by ACO. O: BARH. mm=lt pink, moist, CRT<2 s. Soft formed tan/brown feces in cage, no blood or mucus seen. Eating/drinking well. EENT: No oculonasal discharge. ABD: Mild pot-belly. Palpation WNL. MS: Amb x 4. INTEG: Full, mildly dirty haircoat. A: Soft stool – DDX: diet change (kitten recently arrived), stress, parasitism, infectious disease. P: Monitor while at BACC. Excellent prognosis.
