ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated slightly wormy
U/G: female
MSI: Ambulatory x 3, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
dropped right front front limb wounds on carpus, dry
no swellings
no deep pain on digits
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: not assessed
Assessment
brachial plexus avulsion
Plan rec amputaton of limb not likely to restore any function
keep in medical for observtion, pet may develop trauma and infeciton in limb
Prognosis: fair
