History : stray
Subjective: BARH
Observed Behavior – very sweet. Easily handleable and easy to pick up. Did well for all medical handling and procedures
Evidence of Cruelty seen – no
Evidence of Trauma seen – no
Objective
P = wnl R = eupneic BCS 3/9
EENT: Severe purulent d/c OU with OD>OS, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted but some mild congestion
Oral Exam: kitten dentition, no oral ulcers noted
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI, no vulvar d/c, no MGTs
MSI: Ambulatory x 4 (crawling), skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, underweight
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
Erythromycin OU BID x10d
Cleaned eyes
Monitor for URI
