11/05/16 15:30 ÑuÑu is shy around strangers and will hide for a few minutes to hours. If he is comfortabe with a person he is very friendly and goes up to people. He is gentle around children. He shared a home with a small dog whom he loved and played with all the time. He has not been around other cats. ÑuÑu pees on furniture and soetimes likes to scratch on the wall. He will defecate in his litter box only.He is afraid of baths but allows if held down.He is not bothered by having his nails trimmed but needs to be held down or he will struggle and run away. He enjoys being brushed and held. ÑuÑu has a high level of energy at home. He likes to follow his owner around te house and is kept indoors, sometimes he is allowed to go into the lobby but will run back inside if there is anyone that approaches. ÑuÑu’s litter box is hooded and uses clumping litter. He is fed friskies wet food and deli cat dry food. ÑuÑu allowed all handling and is just very scared but does not struggle against handling but will struggle after being picked up and held for prolonged periods.

ÑuÑu’s former owner stated he is shy around strangers and will hide for a few minutes to hours. If he is comfortabe with a person he is very friendly and goes up to people. He is gentle around children. He shared a home with a small dog whom he loved and played with all the time. Reaction to assessor: Nunu looks shy, crouched position at the back, when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Nunu remains in place, relaxed body posture, alert with normal shape eyes. Reaction to touch: Nunu stands with tail up, engages the assessor’s hand and began to headbutt. Reaction to Being Picked up: He becomes antsy then jumps back into the cage. Placement determination: Average NuNu interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
