EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: Teeth clean, adult dentition erupting normally, pink mm
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Apparently healthy, small for age
Prognosis: Excellent
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
SURGERY:
Okay for surgery
Hx: Scheduled for surgery at Glendale on 3/10/18
S/O: Cat is BARH. EENT – mild-moderate blepharospasm with mucoid discharge OU; bilateral serous to mucoid nasal discharge.
A: URI; Not an acceptable candidate for elective sx at this time
P: Temporary waiver due to URI. Move to ISO and start on Doxycycline 50mg/mL – 0.21 mLs PO q24h x 10d and Erythromycin ophth oint – thin strip OU q12h x 10d. Recheck day 7 and 10.
PROGNOSIS:
Good
