***SAFE 05/23/16*** SENIOR IN NEED! Meet Newman, a neutered senior gent who has been at the ACC since May 15th. His medical notes show a cat who would benefit from a geriatric checkup, who has a woeful BCS score of 2.5/9, a heart murmur, and some other potential issues. Given that the ACC is more known for the rate at which they kill cats, rather than the accuracy with which they diagnose them, a person should not treat the shelter notes as a promise. One thing that can be regarded more along those lines, is the fact that they aren’t kidding when they call it an “at-risk list.” Newman is very, very much “at risk” of being killed by the ACC tomorrow, which is why it’s so important that a foster-adopter be found for this AVERAGE rated boy, tonight!
