Medical Summary Scanned negative QAR – mild to moderate dehydration. Friendly, purrs throughout exam including body shave, snuggles. Sweet old lady. Emaciated; good appetite. Eyes cloudy Ears waxy – cleaned. Nose, throat clear Teeth – severe dental disease. Upper left canine fell out during exam; very few remaining teeth – all appear loose. Coat completely matted down to skin – full body shave given. Skin dry, animal has been scratching at self and there are healing abrasions particularly around shoulders and base of ears. No flea dirt or parasites noted. Ambx4 Nails short to medium NOSF
