Recheck in medical-iso for URI/conjunctivitis, poor BCS/dehydrated: S/O: Quiet, mildly depressed but becomes vocal and seeks attention when handled – not sure if eating/did not seem interested in food offered – Temp 100.5 this AM – small lingual ulcer – OU marked chemosis with crusting discharge, mild crusting nasal discharge; face was cleaned – H/L nsf, mild incr. in upper resp sounds due to URI A: URI/Conjunctivitis, underweight BCS, mod. dehydrated, lingual ulcer P: cont. current tx + hand feed + Simbadol 0.18 ml SQ SID x 3 days

Upon intake, Natasha was transported to medical right away and not handled much due to medical condition.
KNOWN HISTORY:: Natasha Romanoff was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home.
MEDICAL BEHAVIOR:: Quiet, mildly depressed but becomes vocal and seeks attention when handled

Reaction to assessor:: Natasha stands at the front of the cage, looks at the assessor with soft eyes and body.
