***SAFE 06/29/17**** ADORABLE MUNCHKIN HAS A COLD AND NEEDS YOUR HELP NOW!! A volunteer writes: I have to hand it to Munchkin: this is his second time in the cat adoption room (he was adopted from the Care Center years ago), and he’s still as friendly, gentle, and affectionate as ever. This quiet gentleman holds no grudges. During our meet and greet last night he happily came to the front of his cat condo and leaned into me for petting, showing off his big jelly belly (at 17 pounds, he’s not such a munchkin anymore!). His previous owner described him as friendly with strangers and litterbox trained, and our own staff found him to be docile and appreciative of pettings as well. Don’t be fooled by his age; this handsome, hearty, happy boy has years of love to give.
12 year old Munchkin is a docile, friendly cat whose owner claims he has been “destructive” (no details). This boy is overweight at 17.4 lbs and no info was given as to whether he was taken to the vet. Needs a cat “purrson” to give him a retirement home and maybe some toys, exercise and attention. RESERVE MUNCHKIN BY NOON!!!
