He has a heart murmur, dental issues and tested positive for FELV. MUMU is hoping there is someone special out there to give him a home where he can live a long and happy life.

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean; Mucoid nasal discharge, bilaterally.
Oral Exam: dc 2/5; pd 1/5
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: 4/6 parasternal murmur ausculted; CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: intact male. testicles smooth and symmetrical.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted; hair coat is dull
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: grossly normal.
