Medical Summary Scanned negative QAR – moderate to severe dehydration – gave 150cc LRS re: vet. M~ 3 years FELV/FIV negative Left eye and jaw covered in clotted blood/scabs. Mouth bleeding. Coat filthy, covered in dried blood and urine. Urine scald on lower abdomen and hind legs; also rash on anus/genitals. Re: vet – gave 0.15cc Telazol for cleaning/radiography. Left eye bloodshot and set deeply in socket. Injuries found below chin, swelling of lower jaw. Small abrasions found on left shoulder.
