Medical Summary Hx: 2 kittens came in without mom S/O approx 3 weeks slightly green liquid diarrhea in box BAR, very active and vocal; trying to climb out of box ravenous appetite with canned food/water slurry mm pk, sl tacky; deciduous canines erupting mild crusting around nares but no active discharge or sneezing noted OU-mild blepharospasm, increased epiphora ears clean heart/lungs WNL soft, slightly doughy abdomen, nonpainful mild flea debris male A conjunctivitis with poss globe rupture diarrhea-r/o parasites vs viral/naive immune system vs malnutition vs other underage/underweight flea debris P erythromycin OU BID x 14 days ponazuril 0.3 ml PO SID x 3 days bathe with dawn to remove flea debris monitor app

Medical Summary Hx: 2 kittens came in without mom S/O approx 3 weeks slightly green liquid diarrhea in box BAR, very vocal and interactive eating well on her own with canned food/water slurry mm pk, sl tacky; deciduous canines erupting mild crusting around nares but no active discharge or sneezing noted OS-severe conjunctivitis, lids crusted shut with mucoid discharge; copious active mucoid discharge expressed from around globe; very difficult to visualize globe, possibly ruptured OD-mod blepharospasm, elevated 3rd eyelid ears clean heart/lungs WNL soft, slightly doughy abdomen, nonpainful mild flea debris maggots reported around hind end and rectum on LVT intake; no live maggots seen but there is copious amount of dandruff/crusting around hind end; no active irritation of skin or obvious wound A conjunctivitis with poss globe rupture diarrhea-r/o parasites vs viral/naive immune system vs malnutition vs other underage/underweight flea debris P erythromycin OU BID x 14 days ponazuril 0.3 ml PO SID x 3 days bathe with dawn to remove flea debris and dead maggots monitor app
