PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: female intact
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, +++fleas, no masses noted, evidence of overgrooming secondary to severe flea infestation. patch of dermatitis over dorsal cervical region.
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
flea allergy dermatitis
apply triple antibiotic ointment to wound on neck, continue BID for 7 days.
oropharyngeal swab taken for pcr testing
continue to monitor at ACC
