EENT – euphoria OU, bilateral clear nasal discharge, nasal congestion.

Pt has lost 1_lb since last weighing 2 weeks prior

A – Moderate URI

P –
Give 150 ml SQ fluids
Give 0.4 ml Cerenia SQ

Rx – Doxycycline 10mg/kg SID PO for 14 days
Rx – 1/2 Cerenia 16 mg tab SID for 4 days
